Product and purchase support
Describe the device, app version, and problem. For billing or refunds, the App Store or Google Play may need to handle the request under its rules.
Privacy request
For access, correction, deletion, objection, or another privacy right, explain what you are requesting and provide information reasonably sufficient for verification. Do not send identity documents unless we ask for them.
Safety or suspected misuse
Describe the concern and any information that may help us identify activity within our systems. Do not send illegal content or unnecessary intimate imagery. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Copyright, likeness, or other rights
Identify the protected work, likeness, or right; describe the material and alleged use; provide your contact details; and explain why you believe the use is unauthorised. We may request further information or verification.
Legal or law-enforcement request
Identify the requesting authority or party, legal basis, requested records, relevant account or transaction information if available, and a contact for follow-up.
How requests are handled
We assess requests using the information available, may seek reasonable clarification or verification, and take action required by applicable law concerning data or accounts we can reasonably identify in our systems. We may preserve records where required or permitted by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
