Core rule: use only content and likenesses that you have the legal right and any required permission to use. Follow the laws and platform rules that apply to what you create and how you use it.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the Lucky Loki application, website, and related services and forms part of the Terms of Use.
2. Your rights and permissions
You must own or have sufficient rights to every photo, video, face, likeness, brand, and other element you submit or use. You must obtain any consent, release, licence, or other permission required for processing and for your intended publication, distribution, or commercial use.
We do not verify the legal rights behind each upload. You are responsible for keeping any permissions or licences your use requires.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Lucky Loki to create, process, facilitate, publish, or distribute:
✕Sexual abuse
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Sexual exploitation or coercion
- Any sexualised or exploitative content involving a child
- Child sexual abuse material
✕Fraud and security bypass
- Fraudulent or deceptive impersonation
- Identity theft, extortion, or social engineering
- Fabricated official evidence or documents
- Attempts to defeat KYC, liveness, or authentication controls
✕Unlawful harm
- Unlawful harassment, threats, stalking, or defamation
- Content facilitating violence or other illegal activity
- Unlawful political or election deception
- Violations of privacy, publicity, or personality rights
✕Service abuse
- Infringing intellectual property
- Unauthorised automation or access
- Circumventing payments, limits, or safety controls
- Disrupting or reverse engineering the service except where law permits
You must not remove or deliberately defeat a content marking or provenance signal where doing so is prohibited by law, these Terms, or the rules of the platform where you use the result.
4. Personal and commercial use
Both are allowed if your use is lawful, you hold all required rights and permissions, and any paid feature used is covered by an active entitlement. Lucky Loki's permission does not grant third-party content or likeness rights and does not clear your use for a regulated sector, advertisement, client, platform, or territory.
5. AI disclosure
Output is synthetic media. When you publish or distribute it, comply with the disclosure, labelling, recordkeeping, and consent rules that apply to you, the audience, the territory, and the destination platform. Do not present synthetic content as authentic when that would be deceptive or unlawful. See AI Transparency.
6. Enforcement
Where we reasonably believe this Policy has been violated, we may refuse processing, restrict or terminate access, remove data held in our systems, preserve relevant records, or notify competent authorities when appropriate or required. We are not required to monitor or pre-screen every use, and action in one case does not create a duty or promise to act in the same way in another.
7. Concerns
Contact info@lucky-loki.com with enough information for us to understand the concern. We may request reasonable verification. Lucky Loki is not a public hosting service and cannot remove a file from another person's device or a third-party platform. Contact the place where the content was published as well.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy. The posted version states its effective date, and additional notice is provided when required by law.
