In short: source face images you choose to save remain in your gallery until you remove them. Target photos or videos and generated results are processed temporarily for creation and delivery, not as long-term storage. We do not use user content to train, fine-tune, improve, or evaluate AI models.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Griffonix Inc. (“Lucky Loki,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Lucky Loki application and is the controller of personal data processed for the service.

2. Data we process
Content you provide
- Saved source face images. Images you add to your face gallery are stored so you can use them again.
- Target content. Photos or short videos you choose for a face swap are uploaded for processing.
- Generated results. The finished image or video is delivered to your device.
- Temporary facial feature data. The service may analyse facial features to detect, align, and transform a face. We do not maintain persistent face templates and do not use this processing to identify who a person is.
Facial images and information derived from them may be personal or sensitive data under applicable law. Where a particular legal basis or permission is required, that requirement applies.
Technical and service data
When the application or website communicates with our systems, limited technical information may be processed, such as IP address, device or installation identifier, app and operating-system version, request time, and diagnostic or security information. We do not currently use non-essential website analytics or advertising trackers.
Purchases and communications
Apple or Google processes payment. We do not receive your complete payment-card or bank details. We may receive limited purchase information needed to verify access to paid features, such as product, status, store, and transaction identifier.
If you contact us, we process your contact details and message to handle the request and retain an appropriate record.
3. Why we process data
We process data as reasonably necessary to provide the face swap requested by you; save and manage source faces you choose to keep; deliver results; verify purchases; operate, secure, support, and troubleshoot the service; prevent or investigate abuse and security incidents; respond to support, privacy, safety, and legal requests; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not sell user content. We do not use it for behavioural advertising. We do not use user content to train, fine-tune, improve, or evaluate AI models.
Legal bases in the EEA, UK, and similar jurisdictions
Depending on the processing and applicable law, we rely on performance of a contract, consent where required, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with legal obligations, and the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. Where processing relies on consent, withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing, but a feature may stop working if the needed data can no longer be processed.
4. Service providers and other disclosures
We may make data available only as reasonably necessary to providers of infrastructure, hosting, storage, delivery, security, technical support, and subscription management acting for us; Apple or Google; professional advisers; authorities or recipients when required by applicable law or valid legal process; and a successor in a merger, financing, reorganisation, acquisition, insolvency, or sale of business assets.
We do not authorise service providers to use user content for their own advertising, model training, or unrelated purposes.
5. Retention and deletion
- Saved source faces remain stored until you remove them using the controls in the app, unless retention is required or permitted for a legal or security reason.
- Target content and generated results are used temporarily for processing and delivery and are removed from active processing systems when they are no longer needed for that operation. They are not intended as long-term storage.
- Temporary facial feature data is not retained as a persistent face template.
- Technical, subscription, support, security, and legal records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose and applicable legal requirements.
Lucky Loki is not a backup or content-hosting service. Keep results you want on your own device.
6. Your choices and rights
You can remove saved source faces through the controls in the app.
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or portability. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a competent data-protection authority.
Send a request to info@lucky-loki.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the request and prevent unauthorised access or deletion. Because content is not necessarily associated with a real name, we may not always be able to identify a particular file or person from a third-party request. We respond as required by applicable law.
Images of other people
The uploader is responsible for having the rights and permissions required for the content and likenesses used. If you believe an image of you was processed without permission, contact us. Lucky Loki does not provide a public feed, gallery, or social network and cannot remove a file from another person's device or a third-party platform. Contact the place where content was published as well.
7. Security and international processing
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the service. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Data may be processed outside the country where you use the service. Where applicable law requires a safeguard for an international transfer, we use a legally permitted basis.
8. Children
The application is distributed with the age rating shown by the applicable app store. Users must satisfy applicable law and store requirements. The service must never be used to sexually exploit, sexualise, or endanger a child. Where the law requires preservation or reporting of child sexual abuse material or related information, we may do so.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The updated version will state its effective date. We provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
