AI Transparency

Lucky Loki uses artificial intelligence to create face swaps. The result is synthetic media, not a record of a real event.

What Lucky Loki does

You select a source face and a target photo or short video. AI detects and aligns faces and generates a modified result. The person shown in the result did not necessarily appear in or perform the depicted scene.

A realistic result can still be synthetic. Viewers may not know how an image or video was created unless it is disclosed.

Who is responsible for what

Rules differ across countries and platforms and continue to evolve. In general, technical obligations for the AI system and disclosure obligations for the person who publishes or deploys content may be separate.

When you share a result

Do not present synthetic output as authentic where that would deceive people or violate law. Use the destination platform's AI-content label when required or available, and add a clear disclosure when applicable. Do not remove a marker or provenance signal where removal is prohibited.

Creative, satirical, fictional, journalistic, political, advertising, professional, and commercial uses can each carry different requirements. A general “for entertainment” disclaimer does not override applicable law or another person's rights.

Rights and permissions still apply

AI does not create rights in a person's likeness or in a photo, video, brand, performance, or other protected material. You must have all rights and permissions required for your Input and intended Output use. See the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Use.

How user content is used

User content is processed to provide the face swap and related service operations. It is not used to train, fine-tune, improve, or evaluate AI models. Saved source faces remain until removed in the app; target content and results are processed temporarily for creation and delivery. See the Privacy Policy.
